o No personnel are allowed onsite except the guest count approved during the booking process.

o NO EVENTS allowed without written approval. We will consider small weddings or other pre-approved activities such as business retreats but additional fees will apply and must be agreed upon in writing in advance – no exceptions. Violating this rule will result in guest eviction and no refund. This is a beautiful custom-built home and we want everyone to enjoy it but we want to keep it looking brand new for many years to come!
