Watauga River views and frontage. Beautiful 5 bedroom, 5 1/2 bath home on one of the most sought-after trophy trout fishing destinations in the southeast. Beautiful hardwood floors, 4 fireplaces, covered decks and patios for entertaining, or just relaxing. Use of kitchen and private entrance. Access to fire pit, hot tub, pool table and home theater. Close to I-26 for dining and shopping. Kennels available. Private float trips available upon request for $35 per person. bird hunting trips with access to a private reserve The Tweetsie Trail (9.5 mile bike/walking trail) is less than 1/4 mile away. and a golf course 1/2 mile from the house.
