The sprawling porch with the fabulous view of the ocean and the spacious, modern open floor plan design of the living and dining room and kitchen allows everyone to gather, eat and socialize together - comfortably. The cooks will love the incredible kitchen, fully loaded with all the bells and whistles. A fan favorite are the ice makers. Yes, two. One in the kitchen, one in the downstairs family room. All the bedrooms are large, with ensuite bathrooms - so no waiting for your brother-in-law to come out. The backyard is to die for! Grill, heated saltwater 4-foot-deep play pool, hot tub, all sorts of shaded outdoor seating - all private! You'll love the convenience of putting all your luggage on the elevator when you arrive and the one-minute walk down the access point directly to the beach. For the adrenaline junkie, Atlantic Water Sports is set up right there renting banana boats and jet skis. When you're ready to leave the nest it's only a five minute drive to all sorts of shopping, dining and entertainment including Barefoot Landing, House of Blues and Duplin's Winery to name a few.
