We are the only villa rentals with full-time, onsite staff. At any other vacation rental, you self-check in and are on your own for the duration, not so with us. Our team includes caretakers, housekeepers, cooks, chefs, an IT expert & dedicated concierges; service fees may apply. Staff monitor our guest assistance line 365 days a year. We can assist with all aspects: grocery stocking, transport, all meals, restaurants, and unmatched touring itineraries. Opportunities for onsite activities are endless: daily cleaning, yoga, private trainers, massage, x chefs, bartenders, tastings, classes of all types... We can unabashedly promise trips of a lifetime. When assistance is needed, our caretaker shows up in person within minutes—unlike other rentals, where assistance is only available by phone or an app(!).

We have built relationships with many hundreds of wineries across both famous counties to provide our guests with membership-level access to limited-production private tastings, winemaker dinners, or classes of their choice and budget. Local aficionados say the best wine made in Napa stays in Napa. This means that the most precious production is small and not available outside of the valleys. Most other rentals relegate touring to a transport company that organizes your itinerary. We have the expertise to curate unparalleled experiences. We work with the best chefs of the 2 valleys. This is readily verified: at the top of the world-famous Spring Mountain appellation, on the 2-county line, guests have views into both famous valleys from this singular location. Equidistant from the center of either valley floor, 22 minutes, there is no need to choose between the 2 famous valleys and all they have to offer, as our guests can have both. Award-winning wineries are mere minutes from our property. 1.2 hours from the Golden Gate Bridge.

We have access to nearby rural event facilities and wineries, or can help you locate a private backroads venue of choice ~ ideal for corporate meetings, dinner parties, and private celebrations.

We do our best to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs, but we often cannot guarantee availability before the day of arrival or departure. Must be minimum 30 years old. This is a combined listing of properties. Stays of 31 days or longer; happy to quote longer.

AIRPORTS ~ A WORD TO THE WISE

We are ~ 90 minutes from the international airports of San Francisco, Oakland, and Sacramento; typically longer with traffic. We strongly recommend using the regional airport in Santa Rosa, 35 minutes from the house. This saves a combined 4 hours round-trip and avoids endless concourses; overall, a more pleasant transit even with connections.
