The villa is dedicated to the stay of groups of friends and families, in fact it has swimming pool, barbecue and kitchen, fireplace, bar station and many other spaces to share precious moments with the people you love. Unspoiled nature, long walks, swims, long readings and naps. And than good food and good wine, suggested by the owners, in a very comfortable house where everything was thought to share your best time with people you love. The quality of these very simple activities is what we think makes your holidays a very good time that can make you feel good for the rest of the year. It should be the reason why you go on vacation, and we love to take care of it.

The beach is 15 minutes by car and you can also have cultural day trips to San Marco D'Alunzio, Taormina, Tindari, Aeolian Islands, Nebrodi Natural Reserve, Palermo, Cefalù, Etna Volcano Etc.

The villa is made up by 8 bedrooms with private bathrooms (one each room) and air conditioning, for a total of 24 beds. Every individual package is minimum of 7 days and in that case the breakfast is included. For an extra cost, it is possible to have a daily catering for the dinner with fresh food made on site. The Villa is made up of 2 floors. The first floor includes 4 living rooms with fireplace, tables, sofas, internet point with free WI-FI, TV with Netflix and an entrance to the pinewood garden, big terraces, swimming pool, deckchairs, there is a big kitchen with entrance to the other out kitchen grill, refrigerators, oven, stove top, washbasin, dishes etc ... All the house is well equipped with beddings and tools for the kitchen. 8 bedrooms with their toilets. The second floor includes two bedrooms with king beds, twin beds loft and terraces. Every room has air conditioning and they are very quiet with a view on the pine hood, pool and sea.

The whole estate is for your use. The entire villa and pool are for exclusive use of the group who book the villa.

You will meet Claudia or Sergio during the Check-in, that will show you where the supermarkets are and restaurants and will give other useful information about the house (for example: how to turn on the pool lights, or where amenities are). For those who require breakfast: every day a person will prepare breakfast in the kitchen of the villa, you can talk with her about requests on food and of the house, she will be happy to help you. She will leave as soon as she has served breakfast and cleaned the kitchen.

Guests can request dinner with preparation in the villa (as a catering) whenever they want.

To reach the villa there are two streets. We recommend taking the one that passes from San Marco d'Alunzio to avoid some steep parts of these ancient mule tracks.
