This 16-bedroom, 14-bathroom complex is located in Sosua (Puerto Plata province - Dominican Republic), and has a size of approximately 16000 sq. ft. The residence has a private pool, is walking distance to the beach and is a few minutes drive from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.)
Fabulous complex of 3 villas, respectively of 6, 6 and 4 bedrooms, for a total of 16 bedrooms. Each villa has its own private entrance, garden and pool. The main villa (6 bedrooms) is pure beachfront, right on a quiet sandy beach!

- The residence is guest-friendly (you can invite anybody without any additional fee, respecting the maximum overnight capacity of 2 adults per bedroom).
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is only allowed in the outside areas.
- Proof of identity and refundable security deposit required by residence.

Housekeeping can be arranged upon request, and other optional services (such as chef, driver, car rental etc.) can be organized as per your requirements.
Rates vary according to seasons and the duration of your stay: massive discounts are possible for long-term rentals and low-season bookings (if you find a lower price, we will match it)! Also, only a small down payment is required to confirm the booking.
