This 16-bedroom, 16-bathroom villa is located in Sosua (Puerto Plata province - Dominican Republic), and has a size of approximately 15000 sq. ft. The residence has a private pool, is walking distance to the beach and is steps from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.)

This villa originally had 14 bedrooms, and two more have been built. You can choose the number of bedrooms - this listing is for the full 16 bedrooms.

A few house rules:

- The residence is guest-friendly (you can invite anybody without any additional fee - respecting the maximum overnight capacity of 2 adults per bedroom).

- Pets are not allowed.

- Smoking is only allowed in the outside areas.

- Proof of identity and refundable security deposit required by residence.

- Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (if you arrive outside office hours, a prior arrangement is required, and an additional fee may apply).

The daily rental rate includes absolutely all charges (also electricity). Housekeeping is also included, and other optional services (such as chef, driver, car rental etc.) can be organized as per your requirements.

Rates vary according to seasons and the duration of your stay: massive discounts are possible for long-term rentals and low-season bookings (if you find a lower price, we will match it)! Also, only a small down payment is required to confirm the booking.
