- $200 minimum charge if evidence of pets is found.
- Groups over 50 persons (day use) will be charged additional trash and cleaning fee of $50 per day.
- If excessive cleaning is required, there will be a minimum extra charge of $100.
- $100 minimum charge if smoking evidence is found.
