Imagine being tucked from the noise of the rally on your own 17 acre estate with a 6000 square foot House, a 2200sf game room/ Movie Theater, AND over 5000 square feet of garage space to safely park over 50 motorcycles indoors! There's even a bike lift/elevator and your own mountain for hiking that has views all the way to spearfish and the Wyoming black hills to impress your friends- all of this while being only 5 minutes from whitewood and 15 minutes from Sturgis, Deadwood and Spearfish on a paved road that is a beautiful ride- you can get to all of the Rally events quickly and easily during the day and then enjoy this massive Estate at night.
Main House is 6000 sf with 5 bedrooms, 10 beds & 3 sleeper sofas. 3 1/2 baths, huge chef's kitchen, 2 living rooms, billiard room, office and expansive deck.
**We also have a 1400 sf Guesthouse that sleeps 6 people. It's a 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath, with 2 beds and a queen sleeper sofa. Full kitchen, eating area, private fenced yard with BBQ & Hot tub, and a 1-car garage.

Perfect for a vendor or a large group of bikers. Entire Estate can sleep up to 30 people, has 7 separate bedrooms, 5 1/2 baths, 2 hot tubs, a sauna, a 1500 sf deck, large living room with incredible views and a chef's kitchen! Bring your RV's and hook-up to the 2 50 amp RV hook-ups with water & electric available for motor homes and campers.
