Dakune Chill-Lodge
Large and comfortable lodge accommodation. 20 mins to Turoa ski field, 46 mins to Tongariro Crossing. Relax and chill in your private mini bar. Soak in the outside spa watching the stars or roast marshmallows around the fire pit. 14 bunks, 2 have a double bed at the bottom in 9 rooms. Room for up to 30. Dakune Chill Lodge has modern amenities, cozy communal areas where you can unwind, and a sauna and hot tub to relax and soothe yourself in.

We want your stay at Dakune Chill to be as special and easy as possible. We have carefully crafted a list of services and amenities with just that in mind.
Dakune Chill has everything for the Winter Season. For the boarder and skier there is plenty of storage, a drying room with state-of-the-art glove and boot dryer, and most importantly the spa pool and sauna. (The 1.5m shot ski is just an added bonus we made, as is the self-serve bar).
Summer Season at Dakune Chill is the ideal time for hiking and biking. We have secure bike storage, E-bike battery charging stations, outdoor garden games, hammocks and a large garden for you to soak up the Summer sun before you crank up the BBQ for dinner, then later the firepit for marshmallows and "second dinner" in the evening.
