The open floor plan has the window filled 22 ft ceiling living area with upscale chefs dream kitchen on one side and the dining and bar area with jumbo screen on the other. The kitchen has a huge granite island with bar stools and high-end appliances including 2 Subzero freezers for extra storage. The floating staircase leads to 2 Master Suites with a glass sided bridge in the middle. The huge main Master Suite has a King bed and leather sofa with soaking tub, glass double shower has a huge granite island with double vanity and huge master closet with another huge granite island surrounded with high-end closets and a washer & dryer. The 2nd Master Suite is not so small itself and has a king bed and leather loveseat, its own master bathroom with gorgeous glass shower and granite counters & vanity and high-end closets. Step into the enormous finished garage where you'll find another floating staircase leads to the guests bedroom with a king bed and 2 singles and its own bathroom with glass shower and granite counter & vanity and high-end closets. Next room over is the amazing movie theater with comfy seating and jumbo screen. All the bedrooms have super comfy king beds and huge screen TVs. All bathrooms have high-end electric toilets with heated seats. Step outside and enjoy a game of basketball with a professional hoop. There's plenty of parking in the huge driveway and outdoor garage space and huge patio space for large events. A few minutes away is a beautiful quiet beach on the edge of Lake Murray perfect for swimming, kayaking or just relaxing!

This gorgeous property is about 10 minutes from the sandy beaches at Lake Murray were there's plenty of family fun including swimming, kayaking and ATV trails! The super popular Winstar World Casino and Resort is only 25 minutes away and Dallas is only an hour away!
The i35 North & South and the i70 East & West are all you need to know! Both beautifully landscaped highways are just minutes away and get you quickly to town and all the nearby attractions as there is almost never any traffic!
