Coming March 2026 the expanded Farmhouse Resort — a private riverfront destination designed to feel like your own boutique resort on the Caddo River.
Whether you’re planning a family reunion, a milestone birthday, a multi-family vacation, or a retreat, The Farmhouse was built to be the one place where everyone has space, comfort, and nonstop fun—without ever needing to leave.
⭐️Step inside to discover a home made for hosting: two full kitchens, generous gathering areas, and a huge game room loaded with entertainment—pool table, skeeball, basketball toss, poker table, football, karaoke corner, and an arcade, plus a 100” TV for game days and movie nights.
⭐️Outside, you’ll find a resort-style setup that keeps the whole group together from sunrise to late night: a massive swimming pool with a tanning ledge, a 13-person hot tub, and plenty of loungers for soaking up the sun. The outdoor spaces are just as impressive—a 2,500 sq ft covered porch with a fireplace, outdoor dining and lounge seating, ping pong, and another 100” TV, plus a screened-in porch with a TV, and a cabana over the pool.
⭐️Kids and adults both win here: a kids playground, putting green, volleyball, a tube slide off the back deck, and two unforgettable gathering spots—a gas firepit surrounded by Adirondack chairs and a wood-burning firepit surrounded by porch swings and hammocks.
